The 2020 Presidential Election was NOT stolen.

WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS:

1. Trump falsely claimed the election was rigged.

2. Trump attempted to get the Georgia Secretary of State to find more ballots.

3. Fake electors were sent to multiple states

4. Trump asked Republican state legislators in key battleground states to find ways to reverse certified election results in their respective states.

5. Trump tried to convince Vice President Pence to not certify the election results on January 6th.

6. Close Trump advisors suggested suspending the Constiution and imposing martial law.

7.  Insurrection/riot occured on 1/6/21 at the U.S. Capitol.

FAILED LAWSUITS & EMBARRASSMENTS:

• Republicans filed 76 post-election lawsuits
• The Associated Press found 476 cases of voter fraud in six battleground states during the 2020 election
• Now widespread voter fraud involving mail-in ballots has ever been found in any state.
• It is already illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. No effort by Democrats to register non-citizens has ever been found. No widespread cases of non-citizens voting an election have ever been found.
• Fox News Network was sued by Dominion Voting Systems over false election fraud claims. Fox agread to a $787 million dollar settlement with Dominion. There are still pending lawsuits against people such as Rudy Giuliani and Mike Lindell, as well as Newsmax and One America News Network.
• MAGA nutjob Dinesh D’Souza’s movie 2000 Mules which featured a conspiracy theory about Democrats stealing the 2000 election was debunked. The media company behind the movie had to stop distribution of the film, make an apology to an individual who appeared in the film and settle a lawsuit dor defemation.

First Term Broken Campaign Promises

• Mexico would pay for the border wall – Trump vowed, “we’ll build a wall and Mexico will pay for it.” That never happened—Mexico refused and the U.S. alone funded it Build a $550 billion infrastructure fund – He pledged this large-scale investment, but no major infrastructure bill passed or fund was established 

• Create 25 million new jobs over a decade – Instead, the U.S. workforce shrank by about 3 million jobs, making it the only modern president to leave the White House with fewer workers employed 

• Repeal and replace Obamacare with superior healthcare for all – Despite multiple attempts, Trump never proposed a replacement plan. Millions gained no coverage, and ACA protections—even for pre-existing conditions—were undermined

• Eliminate the national debt within 8 years – The debt skyrocketed—by about 39%—to nearly $28 trillion under his watch, opposite of his pledge 

• Allow Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices – He promised this but then backtracked—no negotiation power was granted to Medicare 

• Lower health care and insurance costs – Despite pledges, the uninsured rate rose, premiums increased, and many ACA subsidies were cut. 

• Protect social security, Medicare, and Medicaid – Instead, funding for Medicaid and Medicare was reduced, with spending cuts proposed and healthcare funding undermined.
